A solution was implemented on the corner plot, with a single flat on each floor, based on the efficiency of room widths and dimensions, and where balconies (if desired) were set up to be used as a continuation of the kitchen or living room when closed. With the design of the roof in the Mansard type, a bedroom and a terrace were added to the flat on the last floor.

This villa, where the ecological life of a sweet family consisting of mother-father-children and pets will begin, was designed according to their needs and lifestyles. Despite being two-storey, this house, where every room reaches the garden on a flat foot and where the little children can be watched from every point of the house, has no blind or dark spots, looks single-storey from the entrance facade and adapts to the nature of the region.
